Consulting engagements are governed by the statement of work agreed at the end of Discovery, not by these terms. Where the two conflict, the statement of work applies.

Packages are delivered as a private Git repository within one working day of payment. Each purchase grants a single-project licence: one production deployment, unlimited local and staging environments, and the right to modify the source without restriction. Redistribution or resale of the package, modified or not, is not permitted.

Six months of updates, bug fixes and email support are included from the date of purchase. After that the source remains yours; renewal extends the support window.

Because packages are source code, a refund is available only if repository access has not yet been provisioned. Once the invitation has been sent the purchase is final. If a package does not work as described, tell us within the support window and we will fix it.
