What we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.
What we collect
Enquiries: the name, email, company, budget, timeline and description you submit through the contact form. This is stored so an engineer can reply, and retained for as long as the conversation is live plus twelve months.
Orders: the packages you buy, the total paid, and the email and billing name Stripe returns to us after payment. Card details never reach our servers; they are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout.
Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no account system on this site.
Who processes it
Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional email — enquiry acknowledgements and order confirmations. Both act as processors under their own terms and only receive the data needed for that purpose.
Our database is hosted on infrastructure we operate. Access is limited to the engineers who need it to reply to you or provision your packages.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address on the contact page and we will respond within one working day. Order records are kept for the period required by tax law even after a deletion request.
