Start with the constraint
Tell us what you are building and what is in the way. Discovery starts with a technical audit you keep either way.
RESPONSE1 WORKING DAY
Every enquiry gets a technical reply from an engineer, not a sales sequence. If we are not the right fit we will say so and say why.

Commonly asked
Fixed scope by default. Discovery produces a written statement of work with agreed gates, and we hold to it. Programme-level engagements move to a retainer once the roadmap outlives a single scope document.
You do, on delivery. Repositories are yours from the first commit — we work in your organisation where you have one. Our ready-made packages are licensed separately, and that licence is stated on each package.
Yes, and it is most of what we do. Discovery starts with a technical audit: dependency and runtime versions, test coverage, deployment path, and the specific constraints you are living with. You get that audit whether or not the engagement continues.
We re-scope at the next gate rather than absorbing drift silently. Changes are priced and agreed before they enter a sprint, so the roadmap stays honest.
Operate is the fourth phase of every engagement: monitoring, performance tuning and incident response. It runs as long as you want it and ends with a documented handover.
A single discipline against a bounded problem is a real engagement — a schema review, a bundle-size pass, a gateway migration. Below roughly two weeks of work, a ready-made package is usually the better answer, and we will say so.
